Delivery and Pickup Rates

Delivery and pick up rates are based on the estimated time, the distance of the location of your event as well as the required delivery-pickup schedule you have selected. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted each way as opposed to a round trip fee. We deliver at any time and at any specific time should your event require for an added fee.  Our most economic rates are based on an open 8-hour window for delivery and pickup. Please note: Our regular delivery and pickup times are Monday through Sunday.   

Setup & Teardown Rates

Items that require set-up will be charged an additional charge based on the time required to complete the installation-setup. This charge will be determined once we receive your call.

Rental Period

All rates quoted are based on the days of the rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day.

Glassware & China

All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free ad repacked in their containers for return.

50% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

75% cancellation charge will apply custom branded rented items cancelled within 3 days of the date of delivery or customer pickup.

100% cancellation will apply to rental items cancelled less than 24 hours from the date of delivery or client pick-up date.

100% charge will apply to items not used, returned unused once delivered or picked up by customer.

Damage

Any damage to the product will be charged 100% product original price.
